Healthy Habits during Halloween

Halloween is tomorrow everyone!  Now, I don't know about you, but I will definitely be eating lots of candy, even if it's not good for me OR my diet.  Sometimes you just have to live a little.  For today's health and fitness post, I decided to do a little researching for a Halloween themed workout.  Well guess what?!  I found one.  The link that I got this from is below the picture.  I am definitely going to have to try these especially in between trick or treater's coming to my door!
