Shape Up Saturday: 21 Day Fix Approved Shakeology Yogurt12:00 AM
- 2% Greek Yogurt (2 red containers worth for my 21 day fixers)
- 1/2 Scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- Chia Seeds
- Berries of your choice
- 1/2 Banana
- Cut up all of your fruits so they are prepared to make the dish look pretty.
- Take your 2 red containers worth of yogurt and mix it with 1/2 scoop of Shakeology.
- Add Fruits to one side and Chia Seeds to the other.
- Enjoy your delicious, quick, and easy breakfast or snack!
